the yoga experience

Reyouvenate is not just a Juice fasting experience. There are daily morning flow yoga classes to start your day, focusing on body awareness, posture and

movement. Late afternoon there is a second class available where the focus is more on relaxation or meditation.

Yoga is for everyone, being able to move, bend, and stretch so that it carries you through life. Whether a complete novice or yoga enthusiast, this time teaches you to tune into your body, your breath, and how you move. Yoga will improve your quality of life.
